Has been involved in the construction industry and maintenance for over ten years in various capacities:
- Acquired hands-on experience in fire safety, plumbing, carpentry, electrical and mechanical systems (HVAC), in a high-rise commercial building
- Supervised contractors and trades persons in various projects, from regular maintenance to major renovations
- Maintained various residential and commercial properties
- Performed general residential renovations and additions
- Developed preventive maintenance skills in industrial environments, in manufacturing companies
- Gained knowledge of health and safety practices and requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
